Ground Turkey

Substitutions that mostly work: Ground Turkey instead of Ground Beef, cooked on a George Forman Grill when cooking something resembling Hamburger Helper (note, some people really don’t like ground turkey). There is a taste difference, but unless I have beef one day and turkey the next, I generally don’t notice it. It’s not nearly as bad as Turkey burgers or something like that.
