Grocery Shopping Tips

Active Tendencies in my life: Using a grocery basket (the ones you carry) rather than a cart. Not only is it actual exercise for the arms, but it keeps you from buying a lot of crap food you didn’t really intend to buy anyway. Also penalizes you for buying soda and other sugary liquids by adding a lot of weight for you to carry.

Caveat: if you rely on bottled water (for example, my water is chuck full of calcium… still), get a cart for the water.
